You don’t need any musical background, talent, or experience to benefit from music therapy. This work isn’t about performance—it’s about presence, expression, and connection.

Many of my clients are drawn to music as a source of comfort, creativity, or meaning in their lives. They’re curious about a more embodied and intuitive approach to healing—and music offers a powerful pathway.

In our sessions, music becomes a tool to explore emotions, relationships, and inner experiences in a deeper, often more accessible way. That might mean listening to a song that resonates with you, using rhythm to reflect on personal patterns, or simply humming to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your breath.
